The Asia Pacific Legal Metrology Forum (APLMF) and the Asia-Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP) are the peak Asia Pacific bodies that respectively bring together legal metrology authorities and national metrology institutes to develop regional capabilities in legal and scientific measurement (metrology). Both APLMF and APMP have jointly developed this web portal under the German-funded MEDEA Programme to raise awareness of the importance of metrology - both legal and scientific.
